Since its simple beginning in 2017, Projects RH has had a team of diversely skilled individuals who bring together the finest aspects from the East, West, North, and South to cater to the unique requirements of our clients. The Projects RH Group works with clients from around the world and across industries, from mining and energy to AI and medical research. What binds us is a drive for excellence in financial communications, with English being our work language. Our business credo is based on a single point of truth: a financial model, collecting the data as we go to draft the information memorandum, the pitch deck, and the teaser, but forever conscious that we are the arms and legs of the company’s board and management. We are specialists in project management services; we work with clients to give them the tools and introduce them to our ecosystems to attract investment and finance. We work with strategic partners; we are a mix of people with technical, finance, marketing, and legal skills. Most importantly, we are people who like working with committed clients. We are a team who enjoy working with our clients from across the world. We travel on a needs basis to service our clients.
Projects RH Mission
Since being founded in November 2017, Projects RH has grown and changed radically. It has, however, maintained its focus on the core strengths of financial modelling and preparation of documents for corporate clients. Initially we had an Australian focus, but now it is less than 30% of our business. Our footprint has grown, and, today, Projects RH is an association of businesses based in Sydney, Panama City and Hong Kong and with team members in Colombia, the Americas and Asia. Our key skill is working with clients and assisting them to achieve their goals. We work across a broad range of areas including technology, resources and energy, investor migration, carbon credits, agriculture, provisions, property development, and financial services. Our workbook has clients in Australia, Colombia, Hong Kong, Canada, Philippines, South Africa, China, and USA. We focus on bespoke solutions, whilst playing to our strengths.

How we do it
We work with smart and flexible people. Whilst our team and our consultants speak many languages, we work in English and we look for projects which have a feasibility study and a solid financial model.
We are strong believers in personal integrity and need first enter into mutual confidentiality agreements and before we work with a client we need to be mandated. The key of the mandate is to agree in writing what we will do, when, and costs.
