J-Curve and easy Collect sponsored an excellent breakfast on the latest technologies available to simplify the accounts receivable process (getting the cash in). The clear message was, “we need to focus on the clients we have and their referrals”.  

There were two case studies –  Emma & Tom and Single O coffee of Surry Hills. Tom Griffith and Mike Brabant shared examples of why we need time to listen to clients – they are prepared to pay for what they want. 

We need automate as much as we can – but we still need the latest data, get and keep good customer-focused people then respond to what the end buyer wants. 

Lots to think about. 

Ran off to have coffee with an existing client – cannot be late as they will see this as a sign that they are not important.
