Having completed studies in law and economics in his home country, Colombia at Javeriana
University and undergrad program in London at LSE, Enrique Garcia started his professional career with the banking industry, both private and in the central bank, where he worked in several institutions, having reached second tier positions as vice-president in the commercial and investment banking areas, and as director of the Open Markets Operations of the Central Bank in Colombia.
Since 2.000, Enrique has worked as an independent legal and financial consultant, in his own firm, having managed successfully several restructuring of companies, assisted companies with business in agricultural, mining, industrial and commercial areas.
He participates in several boards of director´s of local companies.
He specializes in local corporate law, tax planning, financial structuring and modelling, project evaluation, corporate financing, and restructuring of company debt.
