Since its simple beginnings in 2017 in Sydney, Australia, Projects RH has assembled a team of diversely skilled individuals who bring together the finest aspects from the East, West, North, and South, to cater to the unique requirements of our clients. Today, Projects RH also has offices located in Panama, covering the Americas, and Hong Kong, covering Asia.
The Projects RH Group collaborates with clients from around the world and across various industries, including mining, energy, AI, and medical research. Our commitment to excellence in financial communications, with English as our working language, drives us to ask the critical questions from the investor and lender perspectives, not just the narrative the client believes is important.
Our business credo is based on a single point of truth: a financial model. We collect data as we draft the information memorandum, pitch deck, and teaser, always conscious that we are the arms and legs of the company’s board and management. Our journey is about communicating the truth so that the right investor or lender can be found.
We specialize in project management services, providing clients with tools and introducing them to our ecosystems to attract investment and finance. This has led to Projects RH being asked to review companies, provide interim management, and prepare them for sale or restructuring.
We work with strategic partners; we are a mix of individuals with technical, finance, marketing, and legal skills. We value long-term partnerships, recognizing that expertise is transferable across sectors and yes, we have sector specialists. Many of our team members are featured on the Projects RH website, while others prefer to maintain a low profile, which we respect.

Projects RH Mission
Since its founding in November 2017, Projects RH has grown and evolved significantly while maintaining its focus on core values: independent financial modeling and document preparation for corporate clients.
Our integrity sometimes requires us to advise clients not to proceed or to reconsider their leadership. Initially focused on Australia, where our business now spans less than 20% of our operations, today Projects RH is an association of businesses based in Sydney, Panama City, and Hong Kong, with team members in Colombia, the Americas, Asia, and the UK. Our key skill is working with clients, analyzing their needs, and assisting them in achieving their goals. We work across a broad range of areas including technology, resources and energy, investor migration, carbon credits, agriculture, provisions, property development, and financial services.
Our workbook currently has clients in Australia, Canada, China, Colombia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, New Zealand, Panama, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, UK, and USA. In the US we are active in California, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio and Texas. We focus on bespoke solutions, while playing to our strengths.

How we do it
We work with smart and flexible people. While our team and consultants speak many languages, we operate in English and seek projects with a feasibility study and a solid financial model. We believe in personal integrity and require mutual confidentiality agreements and before we work with a client we need to be mandated. The key to our mandate is to agree in writing on the scope, timeline, and costs.
