Experience on both the program/project management and field construction management sides of the industry, bringing the right combination of management systems and hands-on construction knowledge, having participated in programs varying from the US$1.3 billion Cerrejón Coal Mine Expansion, CALTRANS and US Navy, northern and southern California $85M Highways/Bridges Program, the $10M railroad maintenance program for the 150-kms La Mina – Puerto Bolivar line heavy railroad and the $100M toll road concessions in the Colombian Western Region with multinational companies.

Proactive manager with strong communications skills and extensive knowledge of management of the project life cycle, from master planning, to design, construction and closeout.
