Larry Collis

A seasoned leader in the evolution and transformation of businesses through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and technology transformations, Mr. Collis brings over four decades of experience in developing innovative solutions, building high-performance teams, and leveraging leading technology.

He has guided clients of major consulting firms toward new business strategies and more efficient operating models. Mr. Collis is a third-generation graduate of Texas A&M University and holds state certification in Industrial and Vocational Education, along with multiple instructor certifications in business skills and industry certifications in banking and financial services.

His teaching experience spans Texas public schools and global business skills training for various organizations. He is also a national conference speaker for technology events and a keynote speaker for multiple industries and professional organizations. Additionally, he is Red Cross Certified in CPR.

His areas of expertise include business solution architecture, M&A integration lifecycle, program management, and technology implementation methodologies. He has created innovative approaches to project rescues and recoveries to accelerate key performance indicators. His industry experience spans banking and financial services, travel, transportation and tourism, high-tech and medical device manufacturing, oil and gas, and renewable energy.
