Projects RH

Most projects do not need investors first. They need to become investor-ready.

Projects RH establishes the facts, builds or tests the model and prepares institutional documentation. Capital raising is a separate mandate, never guaranteed.

From first call to capital, in five steps

Preparation is paid professional work. Capital raising comes after it, under its own mandate.

  1. Step 1

    Book a call

Twenty minutes, complimentary. There is nothing to prepare.

  2. Step 2

    Intake

Send what you have: email it, upload it, or connect your document system.

  3. Step 3

    Assessment

A written readiness profile, never a score. USD 1,000, credited against any package.

  4. Step 4

    Preparation

Memorandum, model, deck and teaser, approved by you.

  5. Step 5

    Capital raising

A separate mandate. No funding, terms or completion is promised.

How we work

Your memorandum was read once. This is what was marked.

An institutional reader goes to the number that carries the case, then looks for what is not there. Most declines are decided in that pass.

Offtake is secured with an industrial buyer. The project is seeking USD 60 million.

Project A, information memorandum. Illustrative compositePage 1 of 14. Confidential
  1. The margin step has no driver

Margin steps from 22.0 to 30.6 per cent over five years, and nothing on the page says why.

  2. The price has no source

USD 1,480 a tonne, flat for five years. Nothing on the page gives a source, an index or a contract reference.

  3. A letter of intent is not an offtake

It carries no volume, no term and no price mechanism, so the revenue line above it is unsupported.

  4. The worst mark points at nothing

There is no sources and uses table and no debt schedule. The page asks for USD 60 million without saying what the money buys.

One pass, and no one wrote back.

Nothing on this page was wrong. It was unprovable, which reads the same way from the other side of the table.

Not one figure changed.

Preparation does not change your numbers. It makes them testable.

Only mandated projects are listed

No third-party project reaches the marketplace without a signed mandate.

Questions, answered plainly

Will Projects RH raise capital for my project?

Not as a first step. Projects RH prepares projects and companies for institutional review, and that preparation is paid professional work. Capital raising, project finance and M&A are separate mandates, accepted only when a project is ready, and never guaranteed.

What does the first call cost?

Nothing. The discovery call is twenty minutes and complimentary. It is not an investor meeting, an assessment, a promise of engagement or regulated advice.

What is the Investment Readiness Assessment?

A paid review of your project, researched with AI and approved by a professional before release. It returns a Preliminary Readiness Profile in words, never a score. The USD 1,000 fee is credited against any package you then contract.

What do I need to send?

Whatever exists today. You can email your documents, upload them, or connect your document system so the relevant files are read where they are. No documents are needed to book the call.

Who sees my project?

Nobody outside the firm until you approve the materials. A listed project is anonymised, and a sponsor's identity and the data room open only after a signed confidentiality agreement.

Is a readiness profile a rating?

No. Projects RH does not publish a score, a rank or a percentage. A profile is written in words.

Start with twenty minutes.

The discovery call is complimentary, and there is nothing to prepare.
