How is the firm paid?
  • Projects RH is not a contact broker or a seller of investor lists.
  • Projects RH does not operate solely on a success-fee basis.
  • Preparation is a fixed fee per package. A mandate carries an activation fee on acceptance and a success fee on financial close.
  • Fees are exclusive of taxes, approved expenses and third-party costs unless confirmed in the engagement letter.
  • Where an opportunity is introduced by an approved partner, the partner is paid by Projects RH under a signed introducer agreement. No introducer fee is added to a client's fee.

Projects RH does not guarantee investor interest, funding, lender approval, acceptable terms or transaction completion.

Why are client names not published?

Disclosure permission is granted case by case, and several mandates would be identifiable from sector and size alone. What can be published is the shape of the book: the transaction types the firm runs, and the size ranges in which it runs them.
