Projects RH

Projects prepared for capital

Read any teaser without an account. Registered capital partners see the evidence behind the listings that match their mandate. Sponsors and data rooms stay private until a non-disclosure agreement is signed.

These are live opportunities that Projects RH is preparing for capital. Verification of each is in progress: the states shown are not evidence of a completed check, and no listing here is an offer of finance.

What the “Validated” ribbon means

The ribbon says Projects RH has completed three checks on that project.

The project exists

The firm has confirmed that the project exists.

Identity and company records

The owner's identity and the company's records have been checked.

Core documents reviewed

The firm has read the core documents behind the listing.

Validation is an identity and existence check on the project and its documents. It is not an audit, a valuation or a recommendation. A listing marked “Validation pending” has not yet passed all three.

Questions about the marketplace

How does a project get listed?

A third-party project is listed only under a signed mandate, after the firm has prepared it, a named person at the firm has approved the wording, and the owner has given written permission for the disclosure. Nothing is listed because somebody asked for it to be.

Why do I have to register to see more?

The projects here belong to their owners, and most of them are not public companies. An anonymised listing is what an owner can agree to without telling the market that their business is raising capital. Disclosure climbs in steps: the public listing and its teaser, then the evidence once Projects RH has approved your registration and your mandate matches, then identity and the data room after a full non-disclosure agreement and the owner's release.

What does prepared by Projects RH mean?

Preparation is paid professional work: the financial model, the memorandum, the teaser and the deck, each figure tied to a source document. It does not mean the firm recommends the project, that the figures have been audited, or that capital will be raised.

Is a listing an offer?

No. Nothing on this page is an offer of finance. Capital raising is a separate mandate, accepted only when a project is ready.

See more than the public listing

A registered capital partner sees the evidence behind every listing that matches their mandate.
