You know a sponsor who is not ready, and you would rather not burn the relationship.
Work alongside Projects RH as a strategic partner or a referrer. Each route is an agreement, reviewed by a person, and can end in a decline.
Two ways to work with the firm
Strategic partner
A professional firm, technical specialist, legal or accounting practice, consultant or business development professional who meets capital-intensive opportunities in their own work.
Referrer
An approved strategic ally introducing a named client, on the firm's referral form and under the ally's own reference.
A referred opportunity still starts at the discovery call, is still qualified on the firm's published criteria, and can still be declined.
The route in, in four steps
Application does not guarantee approval.
-
Step 1
An introductory meeting
With the firm's Chief Executive Officer. It comes first, before any form.
-
Step 2
Registration
A secure form on your network, capabilities and reach. It is also the firm's due diligence.
-
Step 3
Agreement
A confidentiality agreement and a strategic alliance agreement, signed electronically.
-
Step 4
Referrals
Each introduction is made on the referral form, under your own reference.
What is reviewed before approval
- Alignment with the firm's client criteria and sectors
- Reputation and professional standing
- Capability, and the kind of opportunity you actually see
- Conflicts of interest, declared at application
- Authority to make the introduction
- Commercial terms, agreed in writing before the first referral

Questions from partners
What does a referral have to carry?
- Your ally reference
- The source of the relationship
- The decision-maker
- The company
- The sector
- A project summary
- The capital requirement: an amount and what it is for
- Explicit permission to make the introduction
A referred client goes through the same route as anyone else, starting with the discovery call, and receives the same written response, which can be a decline.
How is an introduction registered?
- An introduction is a disclosure in writing: the identity of a prospective party, a working contact and enough context to assess the opportunity.
- You register it on the referral form, and the firm confirms acceptance or rejection in writing.
- A party already known to the firm, or already registered by another introducer, is not eligible. You are told which in the response.
- A company seeking capital should already hold a financial model and a business plan.
- An accepted introduction stays registered to you for a period set in the agreement.
- Where more than one introducer has a claim, Projects RH allocates in good faith on each introducer's contribution.
What does a partner receive?
Referral recognition and economics are governed by the signed agreement, and they are agreed in writing before the first referral is made. Where an opportunity is introduced by an approved partner, the partner is paid by Projects RH, and no introducer fee is added to the client's fee.
What does approval not make you?
An approved ally is not an agent of Projects RH, may not represent the firm, and may not make any statement about funding, terms or outcomes on the firm's behalf. The relationship is non-exclusive in both directions.
What work stays with specialists?
Specialist opinions stay with appropriately qualified professionals:
- Resource certification and technical opinions on mining and critical minerals
- Engineering advice on energy, energy transition and infrastructure projects
- Technical design for infrastructure and data centres
- Intellectual property valuation, and regulated advice on technology transactions
- Medical and clinical advice on healthcare and life sciences projects
- Agricultural and production opinions on agribusiness projects
- Audit, assurance, tax and legal opinions in every sector
Start with an introductory meeting.
It is booked straight into the Chief Executive Officer's calendar.
An approved partner is not an agent of Projects RH and may not represent the firm. Nothing on this page is an offer, invitation, solicitation or recommendation in respect of any security or investment.
